TORONTO, Feb. 10, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - The BIXI Toronto system will
reopen Tuesday morning at 6h AM. Due to the snow storm, the system had
temporarily been closed at 6h Friday morning for user's safety.
Our team is working to clean the stations. We almost have half of the
network cleaned and accessible. The system will reopen when all
stations have been cleared and are accessible for safe operations for
users and staff to resume.
BIXI Toronto wants to thank all its members and users for their
understanding.
About BIXI Toronto
BIXI Toronto is a bike sharing system launched in May 2011 in the city
of Toronto. The system allows users to take a bike at any station, ride
with it and return it to any station available in the Toronto system.
The BIXI Toronto system currently has 80 stations and 1 000 bikes.
