YELLOWKNIFE, Jan. 8, 2013 /CNW/ - Discovery Air Inc. ("Discovery Air")
announced today that Gilbert S. Bennett has resigned from Discovery
Air's Board of Directors (the "Board"). Mr. Bennett first joined the
Board on July 24, 2008 and served as Chair of the Board from August 7,
2008 until December 13, 2012.
Brian Semkowski, Chair of the Board, stated "Gil's contribution to
Discovery Air over the past four years has been exemplary. His
experience, leadership and integrity have been fundamental to building
the company. We are very thankful for his contribution to the Board and
Discovery Air, and are sorry to see him go. We all wish Gil great
health and happiness for the future."
