BURLINGTON, Ont. -- The Hamilton-Niagara Falls Fleet Safety Council is presenting a mock trial for the transportation industry for its Annual Spring Seminar this March 28 in Burlington.

The seminar will focus on a mock trial of an incident between a tractor-trailer and school bus. The presentation will include members of Burness Paralegal Services who have represented many such cases in the transportation industry.

The trial will feature representation for both sides with questions and comments being entertained from the audience. The mock trial will also explain how charges are developed and the best way to combat them in court.

The Annual Spring Seminar takes place Thursday, March 28, 8 am to noon at the Kings Court Banquet Centre, 1159 King Road in Burlington. Registration starts at 7:30.

Pre-registration is required and includes a hot buffet breakfast. To register online, go to www.hamiltonniagarafleetsafetycouncil.com. To register by phone, contact Rick Brown at 905-356-4945, ext 230.
