DTA Services appoints new vice-president, general manager

TORONTO, Ont. -- DTA Services has appointed Kevin Taylor as the company's vice-president and general manager. He will be responsible for overseeing a variety of internal and external functions including IT, HR, client and carrier relationships among others.

Taylor has more than 20 years experience in the transportation industry from sales, senior sales management roles, and most recently as vice-president and general manager of a quality-oriented trucking company. 

"Kevin's leadership qualities and vision will play a key role in bringing DTA's new, strategic initiatives to the marketplace, as well as ensuring that DTA continue providing excellent service and value to its clients and their business partners," said Melissa Gracey, president of DTA.  

For 93 years, DTA Services has been helping thousands of companies using common carriers to ship their products, reduce and control their transportation costs.
