TORONTO, Ont. -- Canadian Transportation and Logistics publisher Nick Krukowski will be taking the plunge this summer – not into a swimming pool, but over the side of Toronto City Hall as part of a charitable event for Make-a-Wish Canada June 14.

Krukowski will be joining others rappelling down the side of the downtown landmark during the 2013 Rope for Hope event, with monies raised by participants being used to help grant wishes for children living with life-threatening medical conditions.

"Rappelling down Toronto City Hall would be great fun regardless, but to be able to do it in support of such a fantastic cause, is really something special,” Krukowski said. “I'm really proud to be involved in this, and encourage everyone to find out more about the great work that Make-a-Wish is doing."

CT&L’s weekly WebTV show Transportation Matters will be on site to capture Krukowski’s descent first-hand. Watch for the episode coming to ctl.ca this summer.
